    [摘要] 目的 探討辛伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂调控及颈动脉粥样硬化的改善效果。 方法 采用随机抽样法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者，依据随机数字表法分为阿托伐他汀组(n=40)和辛伐他汀组(n=40)，阿托伐他汀组患者给予阿托伐他汀，辛伐他汀组患者给予辛伐他汀，两组均治疗1个月。比较两组患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块厚度、最大长径。 结果 治疗后，阿托伐他汀组患者TC、LDL-C水平显著低于辛伐他汀组(P0.05);治疗后，两组患者IMT、斑块厚度、最大长径比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 阿托伐他汀对缺血性脑卒中患者血脂调控效果较辛伐他汀好，但二者对患者颈动脉粥样硬化的改善效果相当，值得临床充分重视。
