    [摘要] 目的 通过综合性分析辽宁某医院门诊中药饮片处方情况，以规范中药饮片处方，提高处方质量，促进临床合理应用。 方法 随机抽取辽宁某医院2017—2019年门诊中药饮片处方7200张进行点评，并分析用药情况及存在的问题。 结果 7200张中药饮片处方中，患者年龄集中在55～65岁，就诊科室以胃肠病科、妇科居多，5～7剂处方剂数、16～20味单张处方味数及>60元且≤80元单剂处方金额偏多;存在不合理处方397张，处方不合理率为5.51%。 结论 门诊中药饮片处方存在不合理使用情况。通过处方点评可进一步指导临床合理用药水平，提高中药饮片处方质量，保证患者用药安全、有效、经济。
