    [摘要] 目的 探讨非创伤性修复治疗技术在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的乳牙龋齿患儿129例，随机分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=64)，对照组给予常规传统修复治疗，观察组给予非创伤性修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗修复时间、VAS评分及治疗配合度。 结果 观察组显效43例(66.15%)、有效19例(29.23%)、无效3例(4.62%)，整体临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Z=4.368，P=0.000);临床总有效率为95.38%，明显高于对照组81.25%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.270，P=0.012)。观察组治疗修复时间为(23.17±3.58)min，低于对照组的(40.06±5.11)min;VAS评分为(2.73±0.54)分，低于对照组的(4.12±0.75)分，差异有统计学意义(t=21.711，P=0.000;t=12.064，P=0.000)。观察组治疗配合度为90.77%，高于对照组的65.63%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.997，P=0.001)。 结论 非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的临床疗效显著，可有效缩短治疗修复时间、减轻患儿疼痛、提高治疗依从性，值得推广。
