    [摘要] 目的 研究预见性护理在Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者长途转运中的效果。 方法 将2017年1月至2020年10月期间在河西学院附属张掖人民医院明確诊断为Stanford A型主动脉夹层，且经血管外科医生评估病情后、家属同意转往上级医院进一步治疗的60例患者作为研究对象，其中2017年1月至2018年12月应用常规护理转运的30例患者作为对照组，2019年1月至2020年10月应用预见性护理转运的30例患者作为观察组;比较两组患者转运成功率、死亡率、转运时间、意外情况发生率、家属总满意率。 结果 观察组转运成功率高于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 预见性护理在Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者长途转运中的实施，可提高患者转运成功率，提高家属满意度，降低死亡率，降低不良事件发生率。
