    [摘要] 支气管哮喘是一种与多种免疫细胞和细胞因子有关的慢性异质性疾病，具有不同的表型及临床特点，且对治疗反应不同。近年来有研究表明，维生素D作为一种类固醇激素，可在哮喘中发挥辅助治疗及预防作用。本文通过检索收集大量相关国内外文献，描述并归纳维生素D在过敏性哮喘、非过敏性哮喘、成人哮喘和肥胖哮喘四种哮喘临床表型中的作用机制，旨在提高临床医生对支气管哮喘的认知及为其提供新的研究方向，并为以后维生素D在哮喘中的功能研究提供线索。
