    [摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺癌磁共振成像的特点及临床意义。 方法 选取2019年1—12月青海红十字医院经病理诊断明确的乳腺癌患者，回顾性分析磁共振成像特点，对病灶形态学特征及血流动力学特征进行分析，进一步明确乳腺癌磁共振成像特点。 结果 87例患者共96个病灶，浸润性癌83例，原位癌13例，病灶最大径14 cm，最小径0.3 cm。肿块样强化84个，非肿块样强化12个。时间强度曲线上升型1个，平台型49个，流出型46个。早期强化79个，中晚期强化17个。ADC值>1.6×10-3 mm2/s的有1个，ADC值≤1.6×10-3 mm2/s且>1.25×10-3 mm2/s的有32个，ADC值≤1.25×10-3 mm2/s的有63个。 结论 磁共振成像可显示病灶的形态学特征和血流动力学特征，与时间-强度曲线、病灶强化时间及ADC值比较，对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the characteristics and clinical significance of magnetic resonance imaging of breast cancer.
