    [摘要] 1例主诉为活动后气促2月余患者就诊于我院学生、儿童结核科，查体：颈部可触及肿块，完善结核相关检查均阴性，完善甲状腺功能、甲状腺球蛋白、颈部及肺部影像学检查、甲状腺穿刺病理组织活检等检查后确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌并肺转移。儿童及青少年甲状腺癌少见，以肺部症状就诊者更是罕见。

    A case report of juvenile papillary thyroid carcinoma complicated with lung metastasis

    [Abstract] One case of a patient with the complaint of shortness of breath after exercises for two months were admitted to the Department of Student and Pediatric Tuberculosis in our hospital. Physical examination showed a palpable mass on the neck. The complete tuberculosis related tests showed negative results. Based on the complete examinations，including thyroid function，thyroglobulin，imaging examinations of the neck and lungs， pathological needle biopsy of thyroids and other examinations， papillary thyroid carcinoma complicated with lung metastasis was diagnosed.
