    [摘要] 目的 對穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷减轻初次腹膜透析置管术后疼痛的有效性进行观察分析。 方法 选取2018年4月至2019年9月我院肾内科腹膜透析置管术后患者80例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各40例。对照组采取常规术后指导，研究组采取常规术后指导加穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷。参照疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)，对两组患者术后疼痛减轻情况、舒适度、护理满意度进行比较分析。 结果 两组患者术后VAS评分随时间增加均逐渐下降，研究组术后12 h、术后1 d、术后2 d VAS分值均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 初次腹膜透析置管术后患者应用穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷可减轻其疼痛，效果好，可推行。
