    [摘要] 目的 针对股骨骨折髓内钉固定术后骨不连患者在临床中采用保留髓内钉附加锁定钢板微创治疗后的效果进行观察。 方法 选取2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的股骨骨折髓内钉固定术后骨不连患者52例，将其采用随机数字方法分为试验组与常规组，每组各26例，试验组给予保留髓内钉附加锁定钢板微创治疗，常规组给予髓内钉更换治疗，比较两种治疗方案对患者骨性愈合优良率、并发症情况以及满意度等的影响。 结果 常规组的骨性愈合优良率为76.92%，患者满意度分别为84.62%，试验组的骨性愈合优良率为96.15%，患者满意度分别为100.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 保留髓内钉附加锁定钢板微创治疗针对股骨骨折髓内钉固定术后骨不连患者的临床效果及患者满意度均具有显著的作用，可进行临床推广和应用。
