    [摘要] 目的 观察美多芭联合吡贝地尔缓释片在治疗帕金森病中的临床效果。 方法 选取2018年9月至2020年3月就诊本院的帕金森病Hoehn-Yahr分级Ⅲ级以下的患者64例，随机分为研究组、对照组。对照组予美多芭治疗，研究组在上述治疗上加吡贝地尔缓释片，90 d 为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前、后临床疗效、UPDRS评分中日常生活能力及运动检查分值变化、不良反应。 结果 研究组临床疗效总有效率90.63%，高于对照组71.88%(P0.05)。 结论 美多芭联合吡贝地尔缓释片治疗帕金森病临床疗效确切，适合临床应用。
