    [摘要] 目的 探討体位改良Valsalva动作(PMVM)对终止阵发性室上性心动过速(PVST)的疗效。 方法 选取2019年1—12月本院收治的PVST患者72例为研究对象，依据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各36例，其中对照组采取标准Valsalva动作开展治疗，观察组采取PMVM开展治疗，比较两组的复律情况、治疗前后右侧颈内静脉前后径及左右径和不良反应出现情况。 结果 观察组的复律失败率为44.44%，低于对照组的75.00%;同时一次复律成功率为41.67%，高于对照组的11.11%(P0.05)。 结论 予以PVST患者PMVN疗效确切，能提升其复律成功率，扩大其右侧颈内静脉内径，同时不会增加不良反应，有着较高安全性，操作方便，值得采用。
