    [摘要] 目的 了解北京市朝陽区社区卫生服务中心非高致病性病原微生物标本运输现状。方法 采用面对面问卷调查和观察记录相结合的方式，对2017年8月22日～9月30日朝阳区社区卫生服务中心运输至疾病预防控制中心的非高致病性病原微生物标本及运输人员进行调查。收集运输的非高致病性病原微生物标本的种类、数量、包装情况、运输车辆情况、运输人员情况及其生物安全知识知晓情况等。 结果 本研究共调查非高致病性病原微生物标本运输人员84人，非高致病性病原微生物标本112件。运输人员一年内的生物安全培训率为29.76%，运输过程中应急事件处置箱的配置率为16.90%。专业人员对本次运输标本种类的完整回答率、一年内的生物安全培训率、生物安全知识知晓情况、安全运输意识均显著高于非专业人员，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 朝阳区非高致病性病原微生物标本运输存在一定的安全隐患，需要不断加强运输人员生物安全培训，提高其安全运输意识。
