    [摘要] 目的 分析老年急性肺栓塞患者外周血单核细胞、中性粒细胞、白细胞变化及其临床意义。 方法 选取我科2015年2月至2018年2月急性肺栓塞患者55例作为病例组;另选取同期在本院体检健康者 41例作为健康对照组。比较病例组治疗前及治疗7 d后与健康对照组外周血单核细胞(PBM)、中性粒细胞(PBN)、白细胞(PBL)变化。 结果 (1)病例组治疗前外周血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、外周血单核细胞计数均高于治疗后，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。 结论 外周血单核细胞、中性粒细胞、白细胞可以作为肺栓塞症的诊断指标之一，具有一定的临床意义，可作为老年急性肺栓塞诊断的参考依据。
