    [摘要] 目的 了解2018—2019年本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖情况，并分析其影响因素。为防控儿童青少年超重和肥胖提供相应的策略措施。 方法 采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法，抽取2018-2019年本溪市9～18岁儿童青少年，并对其进行体格检查和问卷调查。本次调查共回收问卷分别为2985份和3489份。利用Logistic回归分析儿童青少年超重和肥胖的影响因素。 结果 2018和2019年本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖分别为38.23%、41.79%，年增长率为3.56%。多因素分析发现，影响本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖的主要因素有营养不良、城乡分类、年龄分类、性别、吃甜食情况。其中，营养良好为其保护性因素，而郊县、13～18岁、性别女、爱吃甜食是其危险性因素。 结论 本溪市儿童青少年超重和肥胖率相对较高，应尽快采取有效的防控措施，消除不良因素影响，有效降低儿童青少年超重和肥胖的发生。
