    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of compound qinlan oral liquid on inflammatory factors in patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection(AURI). Methods 130 patients with AURI admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group (n=65) and the control group (n=65). The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with compound qinlan oral liquid， while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.
