    [Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of interleukin-1α(IL-1α) and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1Ra) and multiple sclerosis. Methods A total of 130 patients with multiple sclerosis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the case group， and 130 healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.
