    [Abstract] Objective The prevalence of lower extremity vascular disease(LEDV) in inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was analyzed， and the correlation between plasma fibrinogen (FIB) and peripheral artery diseases (PAD) in T2DM patients was analyzed to determine whether it can be used as a clinical index to predict LEDV in T2DM patients.
