    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of skin flap transplantation for patients with refractory infection of limbs and its influence on the time of dressing change and pain relief. Methods 64 patients with refractory infectious wounds of limbs treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups， with 32 cases in each group.
