    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of 1-phossphingosine receptor 2(S1PR2) on relieving inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier. Methods S1PR2 gene knockout mice were constructed. Dextran sulfate sodium salt (DSS) was used to induce colitis.
