    [Abstract] The integration of party building and business work is not only the purpose and requirement of party building work， but also the basic path of business development. The integration of party building and business is the guarantee for the high-quality development of the cause under the current national and party conditions， and is the necessary path for the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In reality， the phenomenon of "two skins" between party building and business in medical scientific research units exists to varying degrees， which severely restricts the high-quality development of the cause.
