[Abstract] Objective To detect the inhibitory effect of novel genistein derivatives HNPG on the migration and invasion of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells and its possible molecular biological mechanism. Methods Osteosarcoma MG-63 cells were cultured in vitro,and MTT was used to detect the proliferation inhibitory effect of HNPG on MG-63 cells. The scratch test was used to detect the migration inhibitory effect of HNPG on MG-63 cells. The Transwell was used to detect the inhibitory effect of the invasion of HNPG on MG-63 cells. PI staining FCM was used to detect the blocking effect of HNPG on the G1 phase of MG-63 cells. AV-PI staining FCM was used to detect the apoptosis induction effect of HNPG on MG-63 cells.
