    Analysis on the impacting factors of the return of spontaneous circulation in patients with cardiac arrest outside hospital

    [Abstract] Objective To analyse the impacts of various factors on the success rate of resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest in pre-hospital emergency， and to provide reliable theoretical basis for pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods A total of 3053 patients with cardiac arrest admitted to Nanjing Emergency Medical Center from January 2019 to June 2020 were statistically analyzed， and 1313 patients were actually treated with pre-hospital emergency， and 48 patients recovered from spontaneous circulation. The related factors of successful return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) were analysed.
