    [摘要] 目的 分析2015—2019年贛北地区精液常规检查结果变化。 方法 对14 429例来我院辅助生殖科男科实验室进行精液相关项目检测患者作为研究对象，使用精液分析仪等相关设备进行精液常规检验并对结果进行分析。项目指标包括精液量、精子浓度、精子活率、活力、pH 值等;并按照年龄分为0.05)。 结论 本地区男性精液异常的主要原因是精子活力和活动率下降，精液浓度降低。本研究调查分析了赣北地区中育龄男性的精液参数的变化，从而初探现代社会发展变化对男性精液质量、生育能力的影响。
