    Correlation between serum miR-21 and IGFBP-3 levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between serum levels of microRNA-21 (mir-21)， insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) and adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods A total of 87 patients with ICP who gave birth in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected. The pregnancy outcomes of selected parturient were recorded.
