    [Abstract] In recent years， the incidence of breast disease ranks first in breast disease， and it is the most common benign breast disease in women. Among them， Breast sclerosing adenosis is easily confused with breast cancer， so early differential diagnosis has positive clinical significance for patients' follow-up treatment. Conventional ultrasound is the basis for the diagnosis of breast disease. With the rapid development of ultrasound technology， the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound， elastography， and automatic full-volume breast imaging has further improved the accuracy of the diagnosis of this disease.
