    [Abstract] Objective To study the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokine profiles in peripheral blood of patients with follicular lymphoma at initial diagnosis， and to understand their significance in the development of disease. Methods A total of 30 patients with follicular lymphoma diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2019 were selected. The levels of peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokine profiles in selected patients at initial diagnosis and after treatment were determined by CBA technology， and compared with those in 30 healthy persons in our hospital.
