    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect and mechanism of homemade mouthwash on traumatic oral ulcer SD rat model. Methods Chemical burning method was used to establish oral ulcer model. Electronic vernier caliper was used to measure the maximum transverse diameter and maximum longitudinal diameter of the wound. The area was recorded and calculated. The weight of each group of rats before modeling and during treatment was recorded and compared. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in each group were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The evaluation standard was graded according to the wound condition. The rats were sacrificed after the experiment. The pathological tissues were cut out. And the histopathological changes were observed by HE staining. Results Seven days after treatment ......
