    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Methods Sixty patients with post-acute myocardial infarction heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide based on the treatment of the control group.
