胃镜结合生化检验诊断胃异位胰腺的准确性及有效性

[摘要] 目的 探討胃镜结合生化检验诊断胃异位胰腺的准确性及有效性。 方法 选取2019年2月至2020年2月湖北理工学院附属黄石爱康医院消化内科收治的胃异位胰腺患者90例作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各45例。对照组采取X线钡餐透视试验，观察组应用胃镜结合生化检验进行治疗，比较两组对胃异位胰腺诊断的准确性及有效性。 结果 观察组诊断准确率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者胃液淀粉酶、脂肪酶均低于胰腺管液，差异有统计学意义(P0.05). In the observation group， the contents of amylase and lipase in gastric juice were lower than those in pancreatic duct fluid，with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests can achieve a high diagnostic accuracy rate in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas，and it can also provide corresponding treatment methods，which provides a valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases， and has a high diagnostic value., 百拇医药(刘晓春 胡文麒 曹佳懿)
