    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the differences in the ratio of red blood cell distribution width to platelet count (RPR) in patients with cerebral infarction of different etiologies in the Han population. Methods According to the classification criteria of the Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment(TOAST)， 197 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into the Atherosclerotic Thrombotic Cerebral Infarction group(AT group)， the Small artery lesion cerebral infarction group(SAD group)， and another group.
