    Effect analysis of alprostadil and calcium dobesilate in treatment of chronic renal failure

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect analysis of alprostadil and calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into two groups by the random number table method，with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate and the observation group was treated with alprostadil. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%， and that of the control group was 69.70%，and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Before treatment， no significant differences were observed in the 24 h urinary protein ......
