    Application Value of Adjustable Lumbar Cistern-peritoneal Shunt and Ventricular-peritoneal Shunt in the Treatment of Hydrocephalus

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of adjustable lumbar cistern-peritoneal shunt and ventricular-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods From January 2016 to January 2020，52 patients with hydrocephalus who were admitted to our department were selected as the observation subjects，and they were randomly divided into groups，with 26 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were given adjustable lumbar cistern-peritoneal shunt for treatment.The control group was given ventricular-peritoneal shunt for treatment.The total treatment efficiency and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups.
