    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of two scleral flap adjustable sutures in primary angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy. Methods A total of 43 patients(60 eyes) with primary angle-closure glaucoma treated in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Sanming First Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 30 eyes in each group.
