    Clinical application of scalp nerve block in craniocerebral surgery

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of scalp nerve block in craniocerebral surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent craniocerebral surgery (ASA score ≤3 points，age 21-70 years old) in our hospital from January to November 2020 were included. They were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group(n=30) were given scalp nerve block combined with general anesthesia. The control group(n=30) were given general anesthesia. The levels of MAP and HR，VAS scores after awakening，and postoperative analgesia-related complications at different times were observed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of MAP and HR between the two groups before and 5 minutes after induction(P>0.05).
