[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of ADDIE teaching design model in clinical teaching of nursing practice in the operating room. Methods The nursing students admitted to our department from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected. According to the practice grouping method of the Nursing Department, a batch of nursing students entered the operating room for internship each month. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the envelope method. The observation group adopted the ADDIE teaching design model. The control group adopted the traditional unified entrance training and was assigned to the teaching teacher for one-on-one teaching. The formative evaluation indexes ......
