    [摘要] 目的 探讨氯沙坦钾联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2017年2月至2019年2月在我院接受治疗的60例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象，并给予随机分组，对照组30例，给予单纯氯沙坦钾治疗;干预组30例，在对照组基础上加用益肾化湿颗粒治疗，对两组患者治疗前后的肾功能指标(24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血钾指标)、炎症因子指标(IL-13、CRP、TNF-α)及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。 結果 两组间24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐及血钾指标比较，治疗前差异无统计学意义，治疗后干预组明显改善，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者IL-13、CRP、TNF-α水平经过治疗均降低，低于治疗前，干预组治疗后各项炎症因子水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后有28例患者显示有效，占93.3%，显著高于对照组的70.0%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 采用氯沙坦钾联合益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，能够促进患者肾功能改善、降低炎症因子水平、安全性高、疗效优于单纯氯沙坦钾治疗，值得推广应用。
