    [摘要] 全科医生作为居民健康的“守门人”，在接诊的过程中，首诊接触较多的是以躯体症状就诊的患者。“发热”是全科医学诊疗中常见的症状和体征，是常见的未分化疾病，病因复杂，临床表现多样，缺乏特异的实验室检查，常常多种病因重叠，具有高患病率、高误诊率，给患者带来较大的精神压力和经济负担。全科医生需具备透过现象看本质的诊断能力和技巧，使疾病在早期未分化阶段被发现并及时诊治。本文从1例发热待查的患者出发，浅谈全科医生在未分化疾病诊疗方面的体会。

    [Abstract] As the gatekeeper of residents' health，general practitioners have more contact with patients with somatic symptoms at the first consultation. "Fever" is a common symptom and sign in general medical diagnosis and treatment. It is a common undifferentiated disease with complex etiologies， diverse clinical manifestations， lack of specific laboratory tests， and often multiple etiologies overlapping. It has a high prevalence rate and high misdiagnosis rate， which brings great mental pressure and economic burden to patients. General practitioners need to have the diagnostic skills and skills to see through the symptoms so that diseases can be detected and treated in a timely manner at an early stage of undifferentiation.
