    [摘要] 目的 探讨延续康复治疗对中青年高血压性脑出血患者自我感受负担和生活质量的影响。 方法 选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我科住院出院的脑出血患者90例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组出院后行传统延续康复模式，观察组在此基础上实施延续康复治疗干预，比较2组患者自我感受负担和生活质量。 结果 干预前2组患者SPBS 3个维度评分，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干預6个月后观察组SPBS 3个维度评分均低于干预前，且低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预前患者躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能及认知功能评分，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预6个月后患者躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能及认知功能评分高于干预前，且高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 延续康复治疗显著降低高血压性脑出血患者自我感受负担，提高患者日常生活质量。
