    [摘要] 目的 探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)联合康复新液对骶尾部藏毛窦术后患者创面愈合的影响。 方法 选取2019年6月至2020年12月间湖南中医院大学第二附属医院肛肠科住院部收治的骶尾部藏毛窦患者40例，将其按就诊顺序分为治疗组及对照组，每组各20例，治疗组使用负压封闭引流术联合康复新液封闭换药，对照組采用传统方式开放换药，观察两组患者的创面愈合时间、全程换药所需时间及瘢痕长度。 结果 治疗组的创面愈合时间为(49.70±3.44)d，少于对照组的(62.60±3.28)d;治疗组的全程换药所需时间为(71.40±5.07)min，少于对照组的(274.75±11.77)min;治疗组的瘢痕长度为(4.38±0.45)cm，小于对照组的(6.21±0.48)cm，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 负压封闭引流术联合康复新液封闭换药能促进骶尾部藏毛窦术后患者创面的愈合。
