    [摘要] 目的 探討基于微信平台的护理干预对于非小细胞肺癌化疗患者不良心理状态、生活质量的改善作用。 方法 遴选2018年4月至2019年8月湖州市中心医院就诊的98例非小细胞肺癌化疗患者，经由信封抽签法分为对照组(n=49，常规护理)和观察组(n=49，微信平台护理干预)，就癌因性疲乏(PFS)、焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)、生活质量(SF-36)所予测评结果展开比较。 结果 护理前两组患者的PFS、SAS、SDS测评分值比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者的PFS、SAS、SDS测评分值均较干预前明显下降，观察组各项下降幅度均高于对照组，差异有极其显著的统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前两组患者SF-36各维度评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组患者SF-36各维度评分较护理前显著提升，且观察组各维度提升幅度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001，P<0.05)。结论 针对非小细胞肺癌化疗患者而言，积极对基于微信平台的护理干预方案展开应用，可显著改善其负性心理状态，并对生活质量予以大幅提升，具有突出开展价值。
