    [摘要] 心衰病为多种心脏病终末阶段，主症可见喘息、少尿水肿、或伴有心悸。《金匮要略》首次提到“心水”，从病机到证候与心衰病类似，为类似心衰的病证。同时在《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中多次论述“喘”“肿”“悸”三个病证。本文归纳和分析“喘”“肿”“悸”三个病证中与心衰病有类似的病因病机、病位、证候特点的条文，以及归纳对应的治法方药，列举临床治疗心衰病的验案，从《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中获得心衰病的诊治思路。
