    [摘要] 胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是成人最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤，在星形细胞肿瘤中恶性程度最高，手术合并放化疗是GBM标准的治疗方式。由于其浸润性，肿瘤无法完全切除，胶质母细胞瘤容易复发且预后较差，因此需要寻求更有效的治疗方法，其中肿瘤电场治疗(TTFields)与放化疗联合治疗方案显著延长了胶质母细胞瘤的生存时间。本文报道1例GBM患者，手术切除肿瘤后行规律放化疗同步TTFields治疗，现患者预后良好，术后复查MRI未见肿瘤复发。
