    [摘要] 目的 探討揿针配合葛根汤外用熏蒸治疗儿童周围性面瘫的临床效果。 方法 选取2019年3月至2020年11月沈阳市中医院收治的60例周围性面瘫患儿作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用揿针治疗，观察组采用揿针治疗结合葛根汤外用熏蒸，治疗隔日1次，8次为1个疗程，2个疗程后比较两组House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级的变化及临床疗效。 结果 经过2个疗程后，两组患儿H-B面神经功能分级优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 揿针配合葛根汤外用熏蒸治疗儿童周围性面瘫临床疗效显著，能有效改善患者的面肌功能。
