    [摘要] 原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤是一种临床少见、恶性程度高、病死率高的疾病。由于本病缺乏特异性的临床表现及认识不足，且容易误诊误治，待确诊时往往已为中晚期，错过了最佳的手术时机，严重影响患者预后。本文报道1例经病理及影像学检查证实的原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤，旨在提高临床医师对原发性肛管直肠恶性黑色素瘤的认识，避免延误治疗。
