    [摘要] 目的 探讨外周血内中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和血小板淋巴细胞比值(PLR)对结肠癌化疗效果及预后的影响。 方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月于江苏大学附属武进医院经化疗诊治的结肠癌患者90例，采集患者一般临床病理特征，应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析PLR、NLR對结肠癌患者化疗效果诊断价值，多因素logistic回归分析参数对患者无进展生存期(PFS)预后的影响。 结果 ROC曲线结果显示，当NLR≥1.987时，判断结肠癌患者化疗效果的敏感度为0.7800，特异度为0.6750，AUC为0.805，95%CI为0.717～0.893，阴性预测值为0.7105，阳性预测值为0.7500;当PLR≥153.740时，判断结肠癌患者化疗效果的敏感度为0.8600，特异度为0.5000，AUC为0.729，95%CI为0.624～0.834，阴性预测值为0.7407，阳性预测值为0.6825;高NLR组和低NLR组、高PLR组和低PLR组在化疗效果和肿瘤分期上相比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析显示，肿瘤分期(Ⅳ期)、NLR≥1.987、PLR≥153.740是影响结肠癌患者PFS预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论 外周血内NLR和PLR对结肠癌患者的化疗效果具有一定的诊断价值，临床应密切监护。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR) on chemotherapy effect and prognosis of colon cancer.
