    [摘要] 目的 探讨中心静脉胸腔内置管持续引流治疗结核性胸腔积液的临床效果。 方法 选取泰安市肿瘤防治院自2017年3月至2019年3月收治的结核性胸腔积液患者66例，根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组，对照组24例在全身抗结核治疗基础上单纯常规胸腔抽液，观察组42例在全身结核治疗基础上给予中心静脉胸腔内置管持续引流治疗。比较两组患者治疗临床效果及不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为97.62%(41/42)，明显高于对照组的79.17%(19/24)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为7.14%(3/42)，显著低于对照组的58.33%(14/24)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。 结论 中心静脉胸腔内置管持续引流治疗结核性胸腔积液创伤小，能彻底引流积液，临床效果显著，不良反应发生率低，值得应用和推广。
