    [摘要] 食管癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一，外科手术切除是其主要的治疗手段。食管手术后吻合口瘘仍然是一个令人担忧的严重并发症。上消化道X射线摄影是术后检查吻合口瘘最常用方法，但有时可能出现假阴性结果。本文报告食管癌外科切除术后吻合口瘘上消化道X线造影假阴性1例，并结合文献进行讨论，旨在加强对吻合口瘘的认识，以降低漏诊率。

    [Abstract] Esophageal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies worldwide. Esophagectomy remains the mainstay of treatment for esophageal cancer. Anastomotic fistula is a severe major postoperative complication that can lead to long-term severe sequelae or even death. Upper gastrointestinal radiography is the most common method for postoperative examination of anastomotic fistula， but false-negative results can sometimes occur. This paper reports that one patient with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma developed anastomotic fistula one week after surgical resection， but three upper gastrointestinal radiographs were negative. This paper aims to strengthen clinicians' understanding of anastomotic fistula to reduce the rate of missed diagnoses. ......
