    [摘要] 目的 評价中药雾化联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿哮喘合并变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月杭州市中医院诊治的58例哮喘伴AR患儿，依治疗差异性分为西医组和联合组，每组各29例，西医组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗，联合组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+中药雾化治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 用药前比较中医证候积分、炎症因子及通气功能，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后与西医组比较，联合组中医证候积分：气促胸满(2.01±0.31)分、鼻塞喷嚏(1.51±0.24)分更低(t=7.477、4.374，P<0.05);联合组IL-13(137.24±33.26)ng/L、CRP(13.52±4.17)mg/L指标更低，IFN-γ(45.26±9.43)g/L指标更高(t=2.046、3.076、3.595，P<0.05);联合组FVC(3.89±0.45)L、FEV1(2.69±0.33)L、FEV1/FVC(67.23±14.35)%及PEF(6.72±0.65)L/s指标更高(t=5.278、4.658、2.116、7.025，P<0.05);联合组总有效率(96.55%)高于西医组(79.31%)(χ2=4.062，P=0.044<0.05)。结论 中药雾化联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿哮喘合并AR能提高临床疗效。

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine atomization combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray in treating children with asthma and allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods Data were obtained from 58 children with asthma and AR who were diagnosed and treated in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019.
