    [摘要] 名老中医的学术传承对于中医“传承精华、守正创新”具有重要的意义。本文通过临床跟诊实践、深度挖掘、综合分析等方法揭示浙江省省级名中医林胜友教授通过据症辨证、据病辨证及定量辨证相结合的方法精准辨证论治肿瘤的思辨过程及经验总结，以便更好的继承名中医经验并运用于临床，提高临床辨证论治水平。精准辨证论治不仅能够更加精准、真实地反映疾病的本质，获得临床最大疗效，并且使辨证论治更加易于掌握，易于传承。

    [Abstract] The academic inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine doctors is of great significance to the "inheriting the essence， maintaining integrity and innovation" of Chinese medicine. This article uses clinical follow-up practice， in-depth excavation， and comprehensive analysis to reveal the speculative process and experience summary of the precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors through the combination of syndrome differentiation， disease differentiation， and quantitative differentiation by Professor Lin Shengyou， a provincial-level famous TCM doctor in Zhejiang Province.
