    [摘要] 目的 研究基于名中医王晖情志调理法理念辨证论治情志病郁证的疗效，为情志病郁证的中医诊疗提供依据。 方法 选择2017年1月至2019年12月在宁波市中医院接受诊治的100例肝气郁結型郁证患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组患者采用常规酸甘宁心汤加减进行治疗，研究组对照组的基础上给予情志调理法进行治疗。治疗1个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果与中医证候积分改善情况。 结果 研究组患者的总有效率为96.00%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，研究组胸闷气燥、情绪不宁、茶饭不思、精神抑郁、精神萎靡不振各项中医证候积分各为(1.53±0.19)分、(1.74±0.21)分、(1.92±0.22)分、(2.17±0.54)分、(2.81±0.72)分，明显低于对照组的(2.14±0.42)分、(2.62±0.47)分、(2.75±0.38)分、(3.62±0.83)分、(3.74±0.96)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。 结论 基于名中医王晖情志调理法理念辨证论治情志病郁证的疗效显著。
